What We Collect
Saber collects the URLs and messages you submit for scanning, your email address and name when you register, and basic usage data (scan history, timestamps). We do not collect passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data beyond what is needed to provide the service.
How We Use Your Data
Your submitted URLs are used solely to perform phishing and malware analysis. Scan results are stored to provide your scan history and to improve our detection models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Saber uses Google Web Risk to check URLs against known threat databases, Anthropic Claude for AI-powered verdict generation, and Microsoft Azure for Arabic translation. Each service processes only the data necessary for its function. We also use Google OAuth for optional sign-in — no additional data is requested beyond your email and public profile.
Data Retention
Scan results are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We apply rate limiting and SSRF protection to prevent abuse.
